Chambre libre dans une super colocation pour juillet-août.

Question argent, le loyer est de 450 euros. Possible de faire au prorata du nombre de jours d'herbergement !

C'est une coloc avec une ambiance calme et joyeuse. Nous ne faisons pas de fêtes pour respecter le besoin de tranquillité de nous-mêmes et des voisin.es mais nous invitons des ami.es à manger de temps en temps.
On a pour habitude de partager des moments ensemble, notamment les repas du soir, et des soirées films/jeux de société.
Nous cherchons une personne qui aurait envie de cette ambiance "cocoon". :)

Annegret (35 ans) : Elle travaille dans la communication et le marketing. Dans son temps libre, elle aime bien aller à des expos photos, pratiquer l'aviron en club le weekend, faire des superbes biscuits de noël allemands et apprendre l'espagnol.

Claire (29 ans): Elle est actuellement au chômage \o/ (youpi!) (dans des temps passés elle était ingénieure dans un laboratoire d'écologie). Elle profite de son chômage pour faire de la course à pied, du bricolage (Vive la Bricole), beaucoup (trop...) de réparations vélo, des randonnées et aller aux bal trads, ou à tout autre soirée dansante. Et elle est végétarienne.

La chambre est très lumineuse, il y a notamment une grande baie vitrée, mais aussi un volet roulant pour pouvoir dormir tranquillement. Il y aura une penderie et un lit avec son sommier.

L'appartement dispose d'une salle de bain, d'un toilette, d'un cellier, d'une cuisine très pratique avec un bar, un salon agréable avec un balcon, un grand placard pour ranger plein d'affaires, et 3 chambres. Le chauffage est un chauffage au sol commun à toute la résidence, il fait bien chaud dans l'appartement en hiver, et c'est bien agréable pour les pieds !

Le logement est bien placé, dans une résidence entre Stade Philippidès et les Arceaux. Il y a un petit jardin partagé avec un compost dans la résidence, et un local vélo propre à notre immeuble.

L'ambiance est LGBTQIA+ friendly, les blagues discriminantes (racistes, homophobes, sexistes, transphobes, etc..) ne rencontrent pas de succès chez nous, et nous adoptons au quotidien quelques gestes simples pour réduire notre impact écologique et notre facture (tri, peu d'électroménager dans la cuisine, lessive faite maison...). Mais ne t'inquiètes on a quand même un frigo, un four, un mixeur et une machine à laver le linge. ;)
L'appartement est non fumeur, même sur le balcon, mais tu peux descendre dans la cour de l'immeuble : nous ne sommes qu'au 2eme étage.

As for the financial side, the rent is €450 per mouth.

This is a shared home with a calm and cheerful atmosphere. We do not host parties in order to respect both our own need for peace and quiet and that of our neighbors, but we do invite friends over for dinner from time to time.

We are used to spending time together, especially sharing evening meals and having movie nights or board game evenings.

We are looking for someone who would enjoy this kind of cozy atmosphere. :)

Who you'll be living with :)

Annegret (35): She works in communications and marketing. In her free time, she enjoys visiting photography exhibitions, rowing with a club on weekends, baking amazing Christmas cookies, and learning Spanish.

Claire (29): She is currently unemployed \o/ (yay!) (in a previous life she was an engineer in an ecology research laboratory). She is making the most of her time off by running, doing DIY projects (long live DIY!), carrying out lots (too many...) bicycle repairs, hiking, and going to folk dance events or any other kind of dance evening. She is also vegetarian.

The room is very bright, with a large floor-to-ceiling window, as well as a rolling shutter so you can sleep peacefully.There will be a wardrobe, a bed, and a base, which I would like to sell (to the future flatmate, hopefully!).

The apartment includes a bathroom, a toilet, a storage room, a very practical kitchen with a breakfast bar, a pleasant living room with a balcony, a large cupboard with plenty of storage space, and 3 bedrooms. The heating is shared underfloor heating for the whole residence. The apartment stays nice and warm in winter, and it's especially pleasant for your feet!

The apartment is well located, in a residential complex between Stade Philippidès and Les Arceaux. There is a small shared garden with a compost area in the residence, as well as a bicycle storage room for our building.

The atmosphere is LGBTQIA+ friendly. Discriminatory jokes (racist, homophobic, sexist, transphobic, etc.) do not go down well here, and we try to adopt a few simple habits to reduce both our environmental impact and our bills (recycling, limited use of kitchen appliances, homemade laundry detergent, etc.). But don't worry, we still have a fridge, an oven, a blender, and a washing machine. ;)

The apartment is non-smoking, including the balcony, but you can go down to the building's courtyard, as we are only on the second floor.
