Salut ! Je sous-loue mon studio à partir du 1er juillet pour 1an.

Situé au 1er étage avec ascenseur, il est parfaitement aménagé pour optimiser l'espace de 20m carrés :

Un lit queen en mezzanine, avec un petit coin salon aménagé en dessous. Petit canapé deux places, smart TV (j'y ai laissé accès à mes comptes Netflix, Prime Video et Disney + :) ) et en prime un petit espace bureau avec une chaise.
Commodes avec plein de tiroirs de rangement, un portant pour suspendre vos vestes et hauts
Une petite table ronde avec deux chaises pour vos repas, étudier, travailler, ou juste prendre votre café avec votre meilleur.e ami.e :)
La cuisine est équipé d'un mini frigo, une machine à laver/sécheuse, plaques de cuisson électriques, et beaucoup de placards pour ranger vos courses. J'y ai laissé tous les ustensiles nécessaires pour faire la cuisine et manger.
La salle de bain est composée d'une douche avec un wc, pas besoin d'aller sur le palier !

Tous les meubles sont à moi, j'ai également laissé toute ma déco et tous mes petits électroménagers auxquels je tiens, je cherche donc quelqu'un de soigneux ! Qui me rendra mon appartement propre.


Il est situé à deux pas du jardin du Luxembourg, quartier Notre Dame Des Champs.

🌎 Il y a tout à proximité : Boulangerie à 5 mètres, Franprix à 100 mètres, Tabac À 30 mètres, Pharmacie à 150 mètres, Bar à 50 mètres.
🎭 Le jardin du Luxembourg est à 5 min, vous avez plusieurs lieux culturels à proximité (cinéma MK2 Parnasse, Théâtre du Lucernaire, Fondation Cartier pour l’art contemporain).

Hi! I'm subletting my studio apartment starting **July 1st** for **one year**.

Located on the **1st floor with an elevator**, this cozy **20 m² (215 sq ft)** studio has been thoughtfully designed to make the most of every inch of space.

✨ **The apartment includes:**

* A **queen-size loft bed**, with a cozy living area underneath.
* A small two-seater sofa, a **Smart TV** (I've even left you access to my **Netflix, Prime Video and Disney+** accounts 😊), plus a small desk and chair for studying or working.
* Dressers with plenty of storage drawers, as well as a clothing rack for hanging jackets and clothes.
* A small round dining table with two chairs—perfect for meals, working, studying, or simply enjoying a coffee with your best friend.
* A fully equipped kitchenette with a mini fridge, washer/dryer combo, electric stovetop, and lots of cupboard space. I've left all the cooking utensils, dishes, and everything you'll need to cook and eat comfortably.
* A private bathroom with a shower and toilet—no shared facilities or hallway bathroom!

All the furniture belongs to me, and I've also left my decorations and all of my small appliances, which I really care about. I'm therefore looking for someone who will treat the apartment with care and return it clean and well maintained.

🐾 **No pets, please.** I absolutely love animals, but unfortunately the wooden floor is too delicate for their adorable little paws. 💛
