Je m'appelle Lila et je pars travailler en France cet été. Je cherche donc quelqu’un pour sous-louer ma chambre du 15 juillet jusqu’à fin août ou mi-septembre. La durée est flexible : si tu souhaites rester moins longtemps, c’est tout à fait possible.

Tu partageras une grande maison de 140 m² avec deux colocataires belges très actives, chaleureuses et ouvertes. Elles parlent français, anglais et assez bien néerlandais et espagnol. L’ambiance de la coloc est conviviale : on a toujours plein de tisanes, une belle collection de jeux de société, et on aime partager de bons moments ensemble tout en respectant l’espace de chacun.

📍 Localisation : Square Plasky, un quartier vraiment chouette, vivant et agréable à vivre. Tu trouveras plusieurs supermarchés à proximité, et le centre-ville est accessible en 15 minutes en bus.

💰 Loyer : 500 € + 50 € de charges

Hi!

My name is Lila, and I'll be spending the summer in France for work. I'm looking for someone to sublet my room from July 15th until the end of August or mid-September. The dates are flexible, so you're welcome to stay for a shorter period if that suits you better.

You'll be sharing a spacious 140 m² house with two lovely Belgian housemates. They're both active, friendly, and easy-going, and they speak English, French, and quite a bit of Dutch and Spanish.

The house has a warm and welcoming atmosphere: we always have plenty of herbal teas, lots of board games, and a nice balance between spending time together and respecting each other's space.

📍 Location: Square Plasky, a fantastic neighborhood with everything you need nearby, including several supermarkets. The city center is only 15 minutes away by bus.

💰 Rent: €500 + €50 utilities
