Je sous-loue ma chambre du 23 juin jusqu'à fin juillet 2026 (dates flexibles), dans un grand appartement haussmannien de 120 m², situé à Pigalle, au 3ᵉ étage avec balcon. Le loyer est de 790e TTC pour 30 jours.

L’appart est une coloc de 4 filles (entre 25 et 29 ans), vraiment chouettes, ambiance conviviale et respectueuse. Il y a un magnifique et grand salon, et donc pas mal d’espace.
L’appartement est entièrement équipé : machine à laver, lave-vaisselle, wifi, etc.
Bonus non négligeable : deux chats trop mignons.

La chambre est de 15 m², très belle, au calme (côté cours) et lumineuse.

Transports : Métros 12 et 2 à deux pas, ligne 13 à 10 minutes à pied.

Je cherche de préférence une femme et/ou personne queer.

I'm subletting my room from June 23 until the end of July 2026 (flexible dates) in a spacious 120 m² Haussmann-style apartment located in Pigalle, on the 3rd floor with a balcony. The rent is €790 (all charges included) for 30 days.

The apartment is shared with 4 women aged 25–29, all lovely roommates, with a friendly and respectful atmosphere. There is a beautiful, large living room, so there’s plenty of shared space.

The apartment is fully equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, Wi-Fi, and more.

A nice bonus: two incredibly cute cats.

The room is 15 m², very charming, quiet (facing the courtyard), and bright.

Transportation: Metro lines 12 and 2 are just around the corner, and line 13 is a 10-minute walk away.

I would preferably like to sublet to a woman and/or a queer person.
