Je sous-loue mon studio en plein cœur du centre-ville parisien, quartier Sentier / Bonne Nouvelle, pour le mois d’octobre et environ une semaine par mois par la suite.

Dates : 28 septembre – 1er/2 novembre (ou du 28.09 au 04.10 et/ou du 14.10 au 01.11)

Après la sous-location en octobre, le studio sera disponible environ une semaine par mois toute l’année, car j’alterne entre Paris et Bordeaux (dates exactes sur demande).

Les demandes émanant de personnes intéressés par la location en semaine ou ayant besoin d’un pied-à-terre régulier à Paris seront fortement privilégiées !

Il s’agit d’un studio de 16 m² situé au 4ème étage sans ascenseur. La salle de bain est bien à l’intérieur de l’appartement, dans une petite pièce à part. Avec ses deux grandes fenêtres côté est offrant une vue un peu dégagée sous les toits parisiens, le studio est très lumineux, surtout le matin. Il est tout équipé et prêt pour ton emménagement. En revanche, il n’y a ni lave-linge (rdv à la laverie en bas) ni lave-vaisselle, mais bon, rien d’extraordinaire pour un petit studio en centre-ville.

Comme il s’agit de mon chez-moi, je recherche quelqu’un de respectueux de l’appartement et des voisins !

I am subletting my studio flat right in the heart of Paris city centre, in the Sentier / Bonne Nouvelle neighbourhood, for the month of October and for around one week a month thereafter.

After the sublet in October, the studio will be available for about one week a month throughout the year, as I alternate between Paris and Bordeaux (exact dates on request).

Applications from people interested by the rental by week or needing a regular pied-à-terre in Paris will be given priority!

It is a 16 m² studio located on the 4th floor without a lift. The bathroom is inside the flat, in a separate small room. With two large east-facing windows offering a slightly open view over the Parisian rooftops, the studio is very bright, especially in the morning. It is fully equipped and ready for you to move in. However, there is no washing machine (laundromat downstairs) or dishwasher, but hey, nothing extraordinary for a small city-centre studio.

As this is my home, I’m looking for someone who will respect the flat and the neighbours!
