SUBLEASE 19 June - 31 July

Hello, I am sublesing my room for almost two months during summer starting from 19 of June. My return date is not definite yet, probably it will be in the second week of august but dates can be arranged! The amount for the rent is monthly and including charges! Deposit will be paid back in the end of your stay.

The apartment is very cozy and convenient. Close to metro line 6, 8 and 14 and you have everything you need in the street. Best part of the apartment is the balcony, it is very large and perfect to enjoy summer days in Paris. Also the room is very large as well, you will have enough space to put your stuff and have a nice spacious area. We dont have a living room, but kitchen and balcony are perfectly enough for that.

You will have one coloc at the apartment, Marine. She is very sweet and friendly, works in art and loves to go to the south of France on the weekends.

Bonjour, je sous-loue ma chambre pour presque deux mois cet été, à partir du 19 juin. Ma date de retour n'est pas encore définitive, probablement la deuxième semaine d'août, mais les dates sont flexibles ! Le loyer est mensuel et charges comprises. La caution vous sera restituée à la fin de votre séjour.

L'appartement est très confortable et pratique. Proche des lignes de métro 6, 8 et 14, vous trouverez tous les commerces et services nécessaires à proximité. Le balcon est son atout principal : très spacieux, il est idéal pour profiter des belles journées d'été parisiennes. La chambre est également très grande, vous aurez suffisamment d'espace pour ranger vos affaires et profiter d'un espace confortable. Il n'y a pas de salon, mais la cuisine et le balcon sont parfaitement adaptés.

Vous partagerez l'appartement avec Marine. Elle est très gentille et accueillante, travaille dans le milieu artistique et adore partir en week-end dans le sud de la France.
