Je sous-loue ma chambre meublée du 22 juillet au 31 août inclus, pendant mon voyage en Indonésie, dans une agréable colocation de 59 m² située dans le quartier de Charonne, Paris 11e.

L’appartement est spacieux, calme et fonctionnel. Il comprend un grand salon, une cuisine ouverte entièrement équipée, une salle de bain avec baignoire et lave-linge, ainsi qu’une climatisation à disposition. Tout est prévu pour que tu puisses simplement poser tes valises.

La chambre comprend un lit double avec rangements, une grande armoire, une table de chevet et un miroir en pied.

Tu partageras l’appartement avec Déborah, ma colocataire, commerciale, sportive et très facile à vivre. Elle sera également en voyage pendant une grande partie du mois d’août, ce qui te permettra de profiter régulièrement de l’appartement seul(e).

Le quartier est vivant, agréable et très pratique, tout en restant calme. Métro Charonne, Vélib’, Carrefour City, Carrefour Market, Aldi, primeurs et autres commerces de proximité se trouvent à quelques minutes à pied.

💶 Loyer : 870 € par mois, avec loyer et charges calculés au prorata pour juillet
🔐 Caution : 200 €, restituée au départ après régularisation des éventuelles charges ou dégradations

Furnished room for sublet – Paris 11th – July 22 to August 31

I am subletting my furnished room from July 22 to August 31 inclusive while I travel around Indonesia. The room is located in a pleasant 59 sqm shared apartment in the Charonne area of Paris’s 11th arrondissement.

The apartment is spacious, quiet and fully equipped, with a large living room, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub and washing machine, as well as air conditioning. Everything is provided, so you can simply arrive with your suitcase and settle in.

The bedroom includes a double bed with storage space, a large wardrobe, a bedside table and a full-length mirror.

You will share the apartment with Déborah, my flatmate, who works in sales, enjoys sports and is very easy-going. She will also be travelling for much of August, so you will regularly have the apartment to yourself.

The neighbourhood is lively, pleasant and convenient while remaining quiet. Charonne metro station, Vélib’ bikes, Carrefour City, Carrefour Market, Aldi, greengrocers and other local shops are all within a few minutes’ walk.

💶 Rent: €870 per month, with rent and utilities calculated pro rata for July
