I am renting out a furnished room in a comfortable and welcoming apartment, with full access to the shared areas: kitchen, living room, bathroom, shower, and toilet.

📍 The apartment is very well connected, just a 2-minute walk from the T3 tram – Reconnaissance-Balzac stop, and only about 8 minutes from Lyon Part-Dieu train station, making it very convenient for getting around Lyon and beyond.

All services and utilities are included, except for electricity and Internet which I propose we share fairly.

I am preferably looking for an American or English-speaking woman, as I would love to practice and improve my English through everyday conversation while sharing a friendly, respectful, calm, and pleasant living environment.
