L’appartement - 55 m² situé au 3e étage (sans ascenseur) dans le 18e arrondissement, et la chambre - environ 14 m².

Entièrement meublé et équipé (meubles + électroménagers). Comprend une cuisine fonctionnelle, un salon partagé, ainsi qu’une salle de bain et des toilettes séparées.

Le quartier - Situé Rue Ordener, dans le 18e arrondissement, au cœur d’un quartier vivant mais en retrait de la rue. Nombreux bars, cafés, restaurants et supermarchés à deux pas. Très bien desservi : à 4–5 min à pied du métro ligne 12 (Jules Joffrin), 8–9 min du métro ligne 9 (Simplon), et bus 31 et 60 juste devant.

L’ambiance - Je suis Théo, 34 ans, originaire de Nouvelle-Zélande et installé en France depuis sept ans. Je travaille à Gentilly comme Account Manager dans une société SaaS et je télétravail 1–2 jours par semaine. Dans mon temps libre, j’aime lire, faire de la musculation, voyager et jouer aux cartes avec des amis. Je parle français, mais je m’exprime le plus souvent en anglais :)

L’appart est idéal pour quelqu’un de calme, propre et respectueux — autonome mais sympa, partant pour une petite discussion ou un verre de temps en temps, et à l’aise avec quelques soirées tranquilles entre amis à la maison.

The Apartment - Apartment is 55 square meters, situated on the 3rd floor without elevator, well placed in the 18th arrondissement, and the room itself is around 14 m/2.

Apartment is fully-furnished with all furniture and appliances, includes a functional kitchen, shared lounge space, and separated toilet and bathroom.

The Quartier -The apartment is very well situated on Rue Ordener in the 18e arrondissement in a lively area but situated off-street. Super great area with plenty of choice for bars, cafes, restaurants, supermarkets etc right outside. And finally very well served with 4-5 mins walking to line 12 at Jules Joffrin, 8-9 minutes walking to line 9 at Simplon, and buses 31 and 60 directly outside.

The Vibe - I’m Theo, 34, originally from New Zealand but living in France for the past seven years. I work in Gentilly as an Account Manager at a SaaS company and usually work from home 1–2 days per week. In my free time I enjoy reading, weightlifting, traveling and playing cards with friends. Je parle français, but typically speak English :)

Overall this flat is a great fit for some one who’s calm, clean, and respectful—comfortable with independence but also open to friendly vibes and chat or drink now and then - and open to occasionally having friends over for dinner, cards, or relaxed parties.
