This room has a balcony and en suite bathroom, with access to a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine. It’s down the street from the Arc de Triomphe and Champs Élysées, as well as the beautiful Parc Monceau. The other room is occupied by my roommate (24F) who is only home occasionally.
