An entirely renovated, furnished 3 bedroom appartement of 95m2 with 3 bedrooms is available for shared rental. It is situated on the 2nd floor and has 1.5 baths, a laundry room and a balcony. There is a comfortable living room with a sofa, armchairs as well as a flat-screen television which is visible from the sofa. There is a semi-open kitchen and dining room, equipped with all necessary modern appliances, fully equipped with all the utensils and crockery you need and furnished with a dining table.

The apartment is within a quiet, secure and verdant complex, where you'll find shared gardens, a playground and a shared vegetable patch for your gardening needs :)

There's also a supermarket nearby, and lots of different shops (bakery, greengrocer, etc). The rent for each bedroom is 490€ / month + 190€ fixed utilities bill (water, electricity, heating, Internet, insurance). A security deposit of 2 months of rent is required (980€).

The apartment is close to 2 campuses of the University of Bordeaux : 10 minutes walk from the Carreire campus (biology and Medicine) and 15 minutes walk from the Science and Technology Campus (Talence / Pessac).
