Je quitte ma chambre dans notre coloc à Saint-Mandé et je cherche donc ma/mon remplaçant·e pour une arrivée à partir de fin août !
L’appartement :
🏠 44 m², en rez-de-chaussée, au fond d’une cour
💶 Loyer : 700 € + environ 50 € d’électricité (l’eau est incluse)
💰 Dépôt de garantie : 700 €
🚿 Douche + WC séparés
🛋️ Appartement meublé. Il faudra prévoir 300 € à verser aux anciens locataires pour l’ensemble des meubles et équipements.
🧺 Il n’y a pas de lave-linge, mais une laverie se trouve littéralement juste à côté de l’immeuble.
L’appartement est calme et super bien situé : 5 minutes à pied de la Ligne 1 et juste à côté de la ligne de bus 86. Il y a aussi plein de commerces à proximité : cafés, restaurants, petits marchés, Franprix, Carrefour, etc.
Tu partageras l’appartement avec Inès, 24 ans, qui travaille dans le domaine de l’eau. Elle a une vie très active et est donc assez peu présente à l’appartement, mais elle aime quand même partager des moments sympas en coloc 😊

I’m leaving my room in our shared apartment in Saint-Mandé, so I’m looking for someone to take my place, starting from the end of August!
The apartment:
🏠 44 m², on the ground floor, at the back of a courtyard
💶 Rent: €700 + around €50 for electricity (water is included)
💰 Security deposit: €700
🚿 Shower + separate toilet
🛋️ Fully furnished. There is a €300 fee to be paid to the previous tenants for all the furniture and equipment.
🧺 There’s no washing machine, but there’s a laundromat literally right next to the building.
The apartment is quiet and in a great location: just a 5-minute walk from Line 1 and right next to bus line 86. There are also plenty of shops nearby: cafés, restaurants, small markets, Franprix, Carrefour, etc.
You’ll be sharing the apartment with Inès, 24, who works in the water sector. She has a very active life and is therefore not around the apartment very much, but she still enjoys sharing nice moments with her roommate 😊
