Je cherche quelqu’un pour sous-louer ma chambre pendant le mois d’août, car je serai à Berlin. Je suis aussi ouvert·e à un échange d’appartement si ça peut t’intéresser.

L’appartement sera entièrement vide pendant environ la première moitié du mois d’août, puis mon coloc rentrera ensuite. C’est un appart agréable dans un quartier vraiment sympa, avec plein de bars, de cafés, de parcs à proximité, tous les commerces nécessaires, et plusieurs lignes de métro accessibles à pied.

I'm looking to sublet my room for the month of August since I'll be in Berlin. I'm also open to an apartment exchange if that's something you'd be interested in.

The whole apartment will actually be empty for roughly the first half of August, and then my roommate will be back for the second half. It's in a super cute neighborhood with lots of bars, cafés, parks, grocery stores, and pretty much everything you need within walking distance. It's also really well connected with several metro lines nearby, so getting around Paris is easy.
