We are 30 and 35 years old, and we are a couple of two women, with a little British shorthair (cat).

A small bedroom is available. (The room in question is the one with the desk and the small 80 × 185 cm bed.) Our bedroom is not shown in the photos.

The apartment is 46 m² :

Non-smoking apartment.

We are not necessarily looking to build a close relationship with the person staying with us. Charlotte is quite private and keeps to herself, while Tatiana is at home every day.

No outside guests are allowed.

To book the room :
By “booking,” I mean that the room is secured for you and we will remove the listing from Airbnb and other platforms:

Half a month’s rent in advance, and the rest when you arrived at home.
At the same time, I will send you a copy of my ID and all the details about the apartment.
