Je quitte ma colocation fin juillet et cherche donc ma ou mon remplaçant(e) pour le 1er août !

L'appartement est une coloc de 4 personnes et fait environ 100m2 au dernier étage en duplex. Il est situé dans le 16e rue Spontini juste a côté du métro 2 et pas loin de la ligne 9. Il y a boulangerie, magasins et pharmacie a proximité donc très pratique.

Au RDC de l'appartement il y a 2 chambres de colocs, la cuisine et un grand espace commun. Et a l'étage, il y a les deux autres chambres dont la mienne avec une salle de bain à partager avec une autre colocataire.

Dans ma chambre je laisse le lit, matelas et grande armoire a racheter pour 150€. La chambre est grande et lumineuse.

En ce qui concerne les colocs, il y a en plus de Juliette (française étudiante en Master), Sayali (indienne qui travaille dans le marketing) et Aryan (indien qui est étudiant en marketing). Tout le monde est très sympas. C'est une coloc à moitié internationale.

Pour le côté € :
- 820€ de caution (à me rembourser parce qu'elle se passe de coloc en coloc)
- 150€ pour le rachat des meubles
- 980€ de loyer (+ électricité)

Je cherche quelqu'un qui reste pour une longue période. Pour le dossier, l'agence demande :
1. Copie carte d'identité
2. Justificatif de domicile (d'hébergement si besoin à faire en ligne)
3. Contrat de stage ou de travail
4. Les 3 derniers bulletins de salaire des parents (s'ils sont garantis)
5. Pièce d'identité des parents (s'ils sont garantis).

I’m moving out of my shared apartment at the end of July, so I’m looking for someone to take my place starting August 1st!

It’s a 4-person shared apartment (coloc), roughly 100m² and spread over two floors (duplex) on the top floor of the building. It’s located in the 16th arrondissement on Rue Spontini, right next to the Metro Line 2 and close to Line 9. There’s a bakery, shops, and a pharmacy nearby, so it’s very convenient.

On the lower level, there are two bedrooms, the kitchen, and a large common area. Upstairs, there are the other two bedrooms—including mine—and a bathroom shared with one other flatmate.

I’m leaving the bed, mattress, and large wardrobe in the room for a total of €150 (to be paid to me). The room is spacious and bright.

As for the flatmates: besides Juliette (a French Master's student), there’s Sayali (Indian, works in marketing) and Aryan (Indian, marketing student). Everyone is really nice; it’s a semi-international household.

Regarding the costs:
- €820 security deposit (to be paid to me, as it transfers from one flatmate to the next)
- €150 for the furniture
- €980 rent (+ electricity)

I’m looking for someone who plans to stay long-term. For the application, the agency requires:
1. Copy of ID card
2. Proof of address (or proof of accommodation/hosting, which can be done online if necessary)
3. Internship or employment contract
4. Parents' last 3 payslips (if they are acting as guarantors)
5. Parents' ID documents (if they are acting as guarantors).
