Il s'agit d'une cohabitation chez l'habitant et non d'une colocation classique. Le propriétaire n'est pas présent en permanence, ce qui permet de profiter régulièrement d'une réelle tranquillité dans l'appartement.

En contrepartie d'un loyer particulièrement avantageux, quelques règles simples permettent de préserver cet environnement : l'appartement est strictement non-fumeur, la douche doit être laissée propre après utilisation (passage rapide de la raclette) et, compte tenu de la formule de cohabitation, il n'est pas possible de recevoir d'invités dans l'appartement.

I offer a private room in a modern, renovated and secure rooftop apartment with elevator, ideally located near Saxe-Gambetta / Garibaldi, approximately a 10-minute walk from Part-Dieu.

Metro stations, shops and all everyday amenities are within easy walking distance.

This is a home-sharing arrangement with the owner rather than a traditional flatshare. The owner is not permanently present, so you will also regularly enjoy considerable privacy and peace in the apartment.
