Our flatmate is leaving on september and we need someone to complete our international coloc ! (we are looking for an international jeune salarié(e) who will stay longterm (at least a year!!)

About us:
Daniela : mexican, 27y, loves dancing
Lorenzo : italian, 26y, loves football
Louis : french, 27, loves climbing

We love having chatty dinners together after work, occasional brunches, occasional partieees, coffees on the weekends and having a cozy and cool coloc vibe (to put it shortly, we are actually friends!)

The available room :
around 15m2 950€ per month (w/out services which are usually like 50-100€ per month)
You can buy the bed and closet from the leaving flatmate (200€)
The flat :
Washing machine, bathroom, fridge, all that's usual and needed

The agency charges 100€ for the change of contract, and you'd have to pay 350€ to the flatmate that's leaving for the furniture of the flat ! (you'll get them back when you leave the coloc one day...)
