I am looking for one person to share a 70m² apartment (with elevator) that is fully equipped for two people. It features two bedrooms (the room for rent is 13m²), a bathroom and separate toilet, a fitted kitchen, and a large living room with a small balcony. The apartment is located near Porte de Saint-Cloud (Metro line 9).

Rent : 700€ + electricity (~80€) + wifi (12,5€)
