Bonjour à toutes, une place se libère dans mon appartement de 2 pièces à partir de mi-juillet !

Quelques infos :
📍 Rue Livingstone, 75018
💶 650€/mois + charges
🏠 Ta chambre fait environ 15 m², l’appartement fait environ 45 m² et comprend 2 chambres, une cuisine et une salle de bain avec douche
🍽️ Il n’y a pas de salon commun, donc chacune peut dîner dans sa chambre
📆 Disponible à partir de mi-juillet, pour environ 6/8 mois avec possibilité de prolongation

À propos de la colocation ☺️ :
💻 Je travaille à temps plein et je suis en télétravail deux fois par semaine, donc je cherche quelqu’un qui ne travaille pas depuis la maison, ou au moins pas les mêmes jours que moi — mercredi et vendredi
🍳 La cuisine est trop petite pour que deux personnes cuisinent en même temps, donc il faudra un peu se coordonner :) Idéalement, tu n’es pas une grande fan de cuisine malheureusement
😌 Je cherche quelqu’un de calme et respectueuse. Inviter des amis le week-end ne pose pas de problème, tant qu’on communique clairement à l’avance !

💶 650€/month + expenses
🏠 Your room is ~15m2, the apartment is ~45m2 and has 2 rooms, a kitchen and a bathroom with shower
🍽️ There is no shared living room so each one can have dinner in her own room
📆 Mid July, ~6/8 months with possible extension

About the colocation ☺️:
💻 I work full time, and work from home twice a week so I am looking for someone that does not work from home (or at least not in the same days - Wednesday and Friday)
🍳The kitchen is too small for 2 people to cook at the same time, so we need to coordinate a bit :) ideally you are not a big cooking fan unfortunately
😌 I am looking for someone quiet and respectful, inviting friends over in the weekends is fine as long as we communicate clearly in advance!
