Je cherche un.e coloc qui vient vivre avec moi dans mon appart à cachan!!

Je propose une chambre en colocation à Cachan à partir de mi-juillet. Nous serons deux dans l'appartement. Loyer : 600 € + charges.
Le quartier est très calme et bien desservi : à 5 min du RER B, à proximité de la ligne 4 (station
Bagneux - Lucie Aubrac à environ 6 minutes), avec un supermarché juste en bas. Comptez environ 20 minutes pour rejoindre Chatelet et seulement quelques minutes de Paris 13e.
Je recherche une personne respectueuse, avec du bon sens, ouverte d'esprit et agréable à vivre. De préférence étudiant(e) ou jeune actif/active.

I'm offering a room in a flatshare in Cachan from mia-July. There will be two people sharing the apartment. Rent: €600 + utilities.

The area is very quiet and well connected: 5 minutes from the RER B, close to Metro Line 4 (Bagneux - Lucie Aubrac station is about 6 minutes away, with a supermarket right downstairs.
Around 20 minutes to Châtelet and just a tew minutes from Paris 13th.

I'm looking for a respectful, easy-going, open-minded flatmate, preferably a student (master) or young professional. Feel free to get in touch if interested.
