I’m looking for someone to take over my lease in a 2-person apartment in the 9th arrondissement of Paris.

Lease takeover (substitution)

Apartment details:
• Rent: €1000/month (excluding charges)
• Deposit: 2 months
• €200 agency fee (contract amendment)
• Furnished
• Room: 22m²
• Bright apartment with two large windows
• 1st floor, no elevator

You would be sharing the apartment with one roommate. He is clean, calm and respectful, so someone with a similar lifestyle would be ideal.

Practical details:
The process is managed by an agency and requires a complete application file (ID, income, guarantor or GarantMe). Availability to move forward quickly is important.
