Hello,
I'm subletting my room for one month, from June 10th for one or two months, in a well-located shared apartment in Paris' 10th arrondissement, right next to the Saint-Quentin market.
The apartment is spacious and located in a well-maintained Haussmann-style building. The room itself is 11 sqm and comes with built-in storage space.
The room is fully furnished, including bedding – you only need to bring your suitcase!
I will be organizing viewings this evening and tomorrow.
You'll be sharing the apartment with Francesca, an Italian documentary producer, and Damien, a consultant. They are both friendly, easy-going, and open-minded.

Bonjour,
Je sous-loue ma chambre à partir du 10 juin pour un ou deux mois (flexible) dans une colocation bien situé dans le 10ème, à côté du marché de st quentin. Immmeuble hausmanien bien entrenu.
L'appartement est assez grand, et l'appartement proposé fait 11m2 et vénéficie de rangements.
Literie fournie, plus qu'à ramener ta valise.
L'appartement se compose d'un grand salon une grande cuisine, deux salle d'eau (une douche a chambre d'un des colocs et une autre salle de bain avec baigoire et WC que tu partagera avec une Coloc)
J'organise les visites à partir du 09 juin
Tu partageras l'appartement avec Francesca Italienne, productrice de documentaires et Damien consultant.
Tous deux très sympas et ouverts.
