Je vous propose une chambre à louer chez nous comprenant un lit 2 places et tout le nécessaire.
+ une deuxième pièce avec bureau + lavabo + miroir + tiroirs + penderie qui seront également à votre disposition.

Salon, cuisine, WC, salle de bain avec douche, seront à partager avec mon fils et moi.

Ma maison comporte un étage (coin nuit et sdb); salon cuisine WC garage sont au rez de chaussée.
Nous avons un grand jardin et sommes à 5 min à pieds de l'arrêt de tram D Simone Veil (25min de Bordeaux quinconces).
Egalement à 5 min à pieds de la Liane 2 qui vous amènera directement à Bordeaux Gambetta et/ou sur la Ligne G ou 35 pour rejoindre le campus universitaire ou autre si besoin.

Vous disposerez du Wi-Fi avec fibre, NETFLIX et Disney+ compris.
Parking devant la maison si besoin.

Beaucoup de commerces, médecins, kiné, pharmacies, salle de sport, parcs etc à proximité.

Notre vie est assez calme, rythmée par le travail et l'école mais cela ne vous empêchera pas d'aller et venir comme bon vous semble!

Charlie est un grand chien de 32kg, très gentil et éduqué; Il monte la garde mais en habitant ici vous ferez partie de sa team sans problème!
Mon chien va rarement à l'étage et la maison est propre. Je préfère le préciser!
