- Commerces à proximité (,Centre commercial Rosny 2 , boulangerie, supérette, grand Lidl, et et à seulement 5 minutes à pied)
- Transports : À 5 minutes à pied de la station de métro Ligne 11 et du RER E (Rosny-Bois-Perrier)
assez pratique, exemple une demi heure porte à porte Chatelet / Republique ou moins pour Haussman / Saint Lazare ou Nation.
