I propose a room of 16 m2 comprising kitchenette in my apartment. The bathroom and small entrance is shared with me (so you'll be using around 19 m2), the other room, mine, has its own room with kitchenette.
I am looking for a female (who preferably speaks English) to stay for several months (preferably at least until the end of this semester) – someone on internship, Erasmus exchange or similar.
The rent 670€/month includes utility bills, WiFi, flat insurance, electricity. No APL/CAF.

It is situated 4 min on foot from metro Mairie des Lilas (L11), which takes you to the very center of Paris in 15min(Chatelet) and to the Rèpublique in 10 min, Sorbonne in 35 min.

In vicinity: huge supermarkets Carrefour 2 min walk, Intermarche 24/7 at 150m, Picard, Franprix, Naturalia, Bio 'c' Bon, Jeff de Bruges, open market during the weekends, McDonald's, Domino Pizza, 3 bakery shops, butcher shops, several pharmacies, several banks, general clothes shops, Marinnaud, Yves Rocher, hairdressers, several restaurants and bars. The area is very safe.

In the room:
Bed 120x190 with mattress, pillow, duvet, and bed linen included, feauteil, wardrobe, a chest, a book shelf, carpet, electric heater, lamp, eating table/desk with 2 chairs, kitchen appliances: microwave with grill, mini oven, toaster, kettler, cooking pots, glasses and plates everything, fridge with freezing compartment, sink.

Building: The flat is on the 4th floor of an old building with elevator. The view opens to a huge courtyard. It is extremely bright throughout the year, lots of sunlight. Real parquet and ceiling with moulding, large double-pane window.
