Après avoir cherché un logement à Paris pendant près de 2 ans, j'ai trouvé un magnifique loft à Paris avec vue sur le canal de la Bastille. Il s'agit de 2 chambres, 2 salles de bains, loft de 90 m² entièrement rénové avec une terrasse supplémentaire de 40 m². Je viens d'emménager il y a 3 semaines. La personne aura sa propre chambre et sa salle de bains privative, ainsi que beaucoup d'espace de rangement.

Depuis la fenêtre de la chambre, vous pourrez admirer le coucher de soleil sur la Tour Eiffel. Le lieu est exceptionnel.

Cuisine séparée qui s'ouvre sur la terrasse. Il y a beaucoup de place pour que chacun ait son propre espace individuel, mais c'est aussi agréable d'avoir quelqu'un autour et de partager des choses, donc je recherche quelqu'un dans une ambiance similaire.

Je suis un artiste ici. Travailler avec les miroirs, la poésie et la lumière. C'est un endroit magnifique, serein et calme. Le bâtiment est également très calme.

I am looking for someone to live with me in my luxury penthouse apartment in Bastille as my flatmate of 1.5 years just moved out!

Here’s the description.

90 sqm 2 bedroom 2 bathroom, totally renovated loft and on top of that a 40 sq m terrace overlooking the Bastille Canal.

10th and top floor with own elevator arriving directly at the flat. Super super quiet. Can’t hear any neighbors as no one above us.

Marble entrance. Seperate kitchen that opens onto the terrace.

Rooms are very seperate and private and approx 30 sq m each. The room I am offering is with en suite bathroom and a full wall of wardrobes. Lots of space and totally empty. It is like its own suite, and each bedroom has a seperate path to the kitchen. It’s bigger than most studios in Paris, and even 1 bedrooms. It has a nice chair and desk for working.

Both rooms have a view of the Canal, Seine and sunset of Eiffel Tower

7 mins walk to Bastille, 5 mins walk to Gare de Lyon.

Extremely safe: 2 door entrances to arrive in the building. Then the elevator has its own code and then key to come up.

So there is a lot of space for both people to be in their own worlds.

At the same time, it’s nice to have someone around and share things with, so I’m looking for someone in a similar vibe.

I am looking for someone mature, quiet and responsible who is independent, thoughtful and is looking for a little sanctuary in Paris.

I travel quite often so also looking for someone responsible with whom I am leave the flat.
