Je sous-loue mon appartement cet été et cherche quelqu'un de sympa pour en profiter !

Ma chambre est dispo idéalement du 10 juillet au 10 août, mais je suis très flexible, n'hésite pas à me contacter si tes dates sont différentes, on peut s'arranger !

L'appartement est une vraie pépite, bien isolé et ultra calme. Même en plein été, il garde la fraîcheur grâce à son exposition. Il y a une cour intérieure ET extérieure, parfait pour prendre le café au soleil ou lire à l'ombre.

Cuisine entièrement équipée : lave-vaisselle, frigo, congélateur, tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner, avec un coin table pour manger. Salle de bain avec baignoire. Salon spacieux avec fauteuil cinéma et le meilleur canapé du monde.

La chambre est un vrai petit cocon douillet, avec plein de rangements et un grand lit entre trois murs, on s'y sent protégé et bien au calme.

📍Emplacement de rêve : rue du Jardin du Luxembourg, à 1 MIN À PIED du jardin ! En face de l'église Saint-Sulpice, dans l'un des plus beaux quartiers de Paris. Restaurants et bars sympas à 2 min à pied.

À la base c'est une coloc de 4, mais 2 colocataires ne seront presque pas là cet été, et la troisième travaille toute la semaine. En pratique, l'appartement sera quasiment rien que pour toi !

Tarif : 40€ la nuit, dégressif pour les locations de plusieurs semaines. 850 euros pour le mois

I'm subletting my apartment this summer and looking for a lovely person to enjoy it!

My room is ideally to sublet from July 10th to August 10th, but I'm super flexible, don't hesitate to reach out if your dates are different, we can work something out!

The apartment is a real hidden gem, well-insulated and incredibly quiet. Even in the height of summer it stays wonderfully cool. There's both an indoor and outdoor courtyard, perfect for morning coffee or a lazy afternoon read ☀️

🍳 Fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, fridge, freezer, everything you need to cook, plus a proper dining area.
🛁 Bathroom with a bathtub.
🛋️ Spacious living room with a cinema-style armchair and, I kid you not, the best sofa in the world 😄
🛏️ The bedroom is a cosy little haven with plenty of storage and a big bed tucked between three walls, warm, calm and super comfortable.

📍 Dream location: right next to the Jardin du Luxembourg, literally a 1-MINUTE WALK from the park! Across from the Saint-Sulpice church, in one of the most beautiful neighbourhoods in Paris. Amazing restaurants and bars just 2 minutes on foot 🥐🍷

Price: €40 per night, with a reduced rate for longer stays of several weeks. 850€ for the month
