Bright, quiet 32 m² one-bedroom in the middle of Île Saint-Louis - August (September possible)

We're subletting our flat for the whole of August, with the option to extend through September.

It's in the middle of Île Saint-Louis, minutes on foot from the Marais, the Latin Quarter and the Seine on both sides. You can walk to most of central Paris from the front door, and come home to a street that goes silent at night.

The flat is a proper one-bedroom, not a partitioned studio. There's a separate bedroom with a sliding door, a living room, and its own kitchen with a dining table. Original exposed beams run through every room. It's very bright, it faces the interior courtyard, so it's genuinely quiet day and night, and the upstairs neighbours are considerate.

At 32 m² it's comfortable for two people, with proper storage and a kitchen you can actually cook in.

Bedroom
Double bed, three large wardrobes, plenty of hanging and drawer space.

Living room
Large double sofabed and a dining table - room for friends to stay if you have visitors.

Kitchen
Separate room with its own window and dining space. Oven, microwave, two-ring hob, fridge, washing machine, kettle, and all the crockery, pans and utensils you'll need.

Bathroom
Large walk-in shower, heated towel rail, separate WC.

Fully furnished, with bed linen, towels and kitchen linen provided. Fibre wifi included. Bills included.

One thing to know upfront
It's on the fourth floor of a 17th-century building with no elevator. Worth saying clearly so nobody's surprised on arrival.

Dates
1–31 August, with the option to extend through September for the right person. Happy to discuss shorter or slightly shifted dates.

Viewings
We're away at the moment, but a friend with keys can show you the flat in person, or we can walk you through the whole place on a video call - whichever is easier. Just ask.

About us
We're a couple who live here year-round and are away for the summer. We're looking for someone tidy and considerate who'll treat the place as their own. A written sublet agreement will be provided. We reply fast so please message us with any questions.
