Dear International Students, Young Professionals and TELB friendly artists!

We still have second room available for rent in our flat for €700/month, all bills included (for a long-term stay until June 2027). A short-term stay is possible for €800/month (until the end of December 2026 or longer).

Located in a quiet, safe area of Montparnasse (a 15-second walk from Pernety metro station) with shops nearby. Features include Fibre internet (Orange), Wi-Fi, two toilets, a shared bathroom, and a shared kitchen.
